A narrow drive of shellcrete - which shimmers in the sunlight - and brick border leads you to a solid brick motor court with a herringbone pattern. A mix of large palms, colorful crotons, ground cover, bougainvillea and other tree forms create a tropical haven in front. The natural coral stone entry welcomes you to this Florida-style coastal home.

Calypso coral flagstones defined by dark beach pebbles create walkways on both sides of the home that lead to a wide open ocean view. Pergolas on the back of the home and side of the expansive pool, allow partial shade in the intense heat. To connect the front and back designs, natural coral stone is used for the entire pool deck, outdoor fire pit area and private sunning areas. Unique Sukabumi tile was imported from Bali for this resort size pool, offering a beautiful green hue and natural purifying elements. The large rectangular shape with spa provides ample space for water sports and entertaining family and friends. A variety of palms and tropical vegetation provides privacy on both sides of the property, with an open view for evening sunsets.
